This course surveys what managers need to know about human resource management. Over the semester I covered staff planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management and labor relations.

This assignment gave me the opportunity to learn all about “Quid Pro Quo.” I learned how often this has effect over employees and employers in the workplace
This paper that a group and I completed was about all different types of sexual harassment that goes on within a company. Our main focus in this paper was understanding the (U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) or the EEOC. We also touched base on how a hostile environment can be created by the supervisor.
